Here you can find out all about the products that we offer, guidance to each of our products, and any other additional information that we deem relevant. # About (/about) This section describes the /about command Use this command to find out more information regarding Mercury Dynamics ## Usage Although the command may seem self-explanatory we take pride in giving you the most regarding our services and the usage of the services.

When the command is executed you will be provided with an up-to-date about us section providing you with all the services Mercury has to offer as well as contact details and our socials.

# Address Jigging Command (/address) This section describes the /address command This command will allow you to alter your address providing you with different formats to trick any address limiters that may be included on some sites. Ultimately meaning you can order more than one of any exclusive products you may be purchasing to your address without being caught. ## Usage When using the Address command, you must enter the address you plan on jigging and be sure to select false for the public parameter if you don't want your address shared with others.

After the command has been run you will be presented with multiple Alternative addresses for the given address which you can then use to scalp products with address limits.

The parameters of this command are below: * Address - This is where you input the address you wish to jig for alternative versions * Public - This defines whether your results will be posted for everyone to see, or just for yourself # Argos Query Command (/argos) This section describes the /argos command This command allows you to query Argos Stocks and locations using stock-keeping units (SKUs). The command provides you with an array of data in regard to the product and store details. ## Usage Firstly we need to build our command including parameters. Two parameters are easy enough they are your postcode for example SW1A 2AA and if we would like our results to be shared publicly or privately for this example I am choosing true for it to be public. The key part of our parameters is the product we would like information on to use the bot you will need to provide an SKU (Stock Keeping Unit). To find an SKU is simple you either go to the URL and look for digits after "product/" which you can then copy into the SKU parameter.

You can also go to the listing in-store or on the site and near the name of the product will be a numeric value with a forward slash (/) in it in my example 112/8716. If we remove the forward slash we now have a complete SKU (1128716)

Once we have this product identifier (SKU) we can now structure our command properly as shown below. Please note you do not need to enter the forward slash into the SKU parameter.

When we enter this command the bot will start processing the search for the product in your area. If the bot fails to find any stock in your area or there is an issue with the search it will throw up a failed prompt with an error code and description.

Since the product we are originally searching for is no longer in stock we will search for another product that is also of interest to us. For this example, we will use an Amazon Echo. Please note we need to change the SKU to the new product.

We now establish our new command "/argos postcode: SW1A 2AA sku: 1245785 public: true" and run it. It'll go through the processing search and will then provide assuming the search has no faults a completed message with some details.

Shortly followed by another message saying how many stores have been listed and that there will be a CSV file you can download and import into a spreadsheet.

The three parameters of this command are below: * Postcode - This is the postcode of your area to gain accurate stock levels in surrounding stores. * SKU - This is the stock-keeping unit of the product you wish to search for at Argos. * Public - This defines whether your results will be posted for everyone to see, or just for yourself. # Proxy Command (/proxy) This section describes the /proxy command This command allows you to generate fresh proxies to be used by you. You are able to share these proxies publicly or privately by using the public parameter. The Proxies will be presented in a downloadable CSV for you to be able to upload to a spreadsheet. ## Usage To simply use this command you will be faced with one parameter which is public. For the example, we have selected true but if you don't want your proxies to be displayed to the public please select False.

Once executed you will be provided with a CSV of fresh proxies for you to use.

There is only one parameter: * Public - This defines whether your results will be posted for everyone to see, or just for yourself # Amazon Query Command (/query) This section describes the /query command This command allows you to query an Amazon product, using its [Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN)](https://gepard.io/ecommerce-strategy/what-is-asin-in-amazon#:~:text=ASIN%20\(Amazon%20Standard%20Identification%20Number,up%20of%20numbers%20and%20letters.). The command provides you with an array of data in regard to the product, its sales, ratings, and more. ## Usage ### Locating the ASIN of an Amazon product Firstly, find a product you want to query on Amazon.

You will notice in the URL of the page, there is a special identifier, this is the ASIN. They usually have the same format.

In this example, the ASIN is **B07NL27TCK**. ### Running the /query command Now on the Discord server running the Mercury Dynamics bot, begin typing the command like so:

#### **You may also query an Amazon product using its barcode** It is also important to note that you can use the query command to locate products based on their barcode. Below is an example of this:

There are three parameters for this command: * Extension - This is the corresponding Amazon country that will be queried for the product (remember ASINs in different regions won't always be the same) * Identifier - This is the product ASIN or Barcode * Public - This defines whether your results will be posted for everyone to see, or just for yourself If ran correctly, you should receive a result like below.

# Issue Report (/report) This section describes the /report command You can use this command to report any issues with the services we offer as well as reach a member of our team. The command will provide you with a prompt to fill in and describe your issue. ## Usage

When you run the command you will be given a prompt that you can then fill in for our staff members to review and fix any issues you are experiencing with our service.

As soon as you fill in the required sections and you submit the report we'll receive a ticket and the frontline staff will resolve your report or escalate it higher up if they are incapable of providing a solution or fixing the issue.

# Sainsbury's Query Command (/sainsburys) This section describes the /sainsburys command This command is used to search any Sainsbury's within the vicinity of your postcode for a desired product by using the Store-Keeping unit. Once the command is run it'll provide you with the stores that are stocked as well as the details of the stores. ## Usage To use this command we start by finding a product we would like to track. For our example, we are using a whisky and finding its Item Code/Stock keeping unit which is displayed on the products website page just above the disclaimer section which is at the bottom of the page.

Since we have found the Item Code we can now build our command. To fill in the parameters we need a postcode of the area we would like to search the amount of stores we will search and if we would like to make the post public. Once the Command is built we can run it to start the look-up progress.

After the look-up is completed we will be given the stores in the surrounding area that has the product stocked as well as a link to the store details.

The parameters of this command are below: * Postcode - The area in which you would like to check stock levels and gain store details. * Identifier - This is the Item code used for stock keeping at Sainsbury's * Amount - This is the number of stores in the area you would like to search for the product you are looking for. * Public - This defines whether your results will be posted for everyone to see, or just for yourself. # Asda Query Command (/asda) This section describes the /asda command This command is used to search any Asda store within the vicinity of your postcode for a desired product by using the product code or product barcode. Once the command is run it'll provide you with the stores that are stocked as well as the details of the stores. ## Usage To use this command we start by finding a product we would like to track. For our example, we are using a 'Casio FX-85GTCW Scientific Calculator'. In this example, we will use the Asda Groceries website () to locate the Product Code. Once you have found the product on the Asda website, at the top of the website just below the title the product code will be present. In our example, this is 7618807.

Since we have found the product code, we can now build our command. To fill in the parameters we need a postcode of the area we would like to search, and if we would like to make the post public. Once the Command is built we can run it to start the look-up progress.

The parameters of this command are below: * Postcode - The area in which you would like to check and gain store details. * Identifier - This is the product code or EAN/UPC/GTIN. * Public - This defines whether your results will be posted for everyone to see, or just for yourself. # Shoe Size Conversion (/size) This section describes the /size command This command allows you to convert any sized shoe in different regional formats to all known sizing scales so you can be confident with purchasing the right size for you or your clients. The command will provide you with an array of data in regard to Regional and Gender Size. ## Usage #### Running /size command

Once you have populated the command with the appropriate shoe sizing you will be given a conversion into other sizing options of equivalent from different regions as well as other genders as given below:

The three parameters of this command are below: * Size - This parameter is the numeric size of the shoe you wish to convert. * System - This parameter will request which given system you wish to convert e.g. UK, EU, US. * Type - This parameter will give the sizing choice of Male, Female and Children. # Tesco Query Command (/tesco) This section describes the /tesco command The Tesco query command provides stock information, regarding specific products in designated areas. ## Usage ### Finding a Tesco product number Firstly, find the product you want to query on the Tesco website, below is an example.

Now, looking in the URL, you can find the [Tesco Product Number (TPN)](https://edwardcallow.co.uk/tesco-jargon/t.html#tesco-product-number-tpn). In this example, that is **308103753**. ### Running the /tesco command Now in the Discord server running Mercury Dynamics bot, type the following command:

The parameters of this command are below: * storetype - This defines what kind of store you want to search in (autocompleted) * postcode - This is the postcode you want to base your search around * identifier - This is the TPN * public - This defines whether your command/results are seen by only yourself, or others * radius - This is how far from the defined postcode the bot should search (autocomplete) If done correctly, you should receive a result like so:

# Superdrug Query Command (/superdrug) This section describes the /superdrug command This command is used to search Superdrug stock information you will need three parameters within this command to start you will need the postcode of the area you wish to search. Then find the unique product identifier to specify your search and lastly set if the bot will post publicly or not. The default is false instead of true but in this example we use true. ## Usage Firstly we need to identify which product on the Superdrug site we would like to make a query about. In this example, we used Versace Eros Flame.

The most crucial part is to find the identifier for our product we would like to enquire about. We can find the Identifier in the URL of the product page or we can find it at the bottom of the page under Product Specification. In our case, the code is 777394 as seen at the end of the URL as well as the example product specification.

Now we can create our command line. We do this by using the parameters Postcode, Identifier and public.

Once we initiate our command you will be prompted with a "Look-up in progress" This will then return an error or the completed enquiry.

The results from the completed command will display which store in the area of the postcode is stocking said product. It will display the price within the store as well as linking you to store details.
