# Issue Report (/report)

You can use this command to report any issues with the services we offer as well as reach a member of our team. The command will provide you with a prompt to fill in and describe your issue.

When you run the command you will be given a prompt that you can then fill in for our staff members to review and fix any issues you are experiencing with our service.

As soon as you fill in the required sections and you submit the report we'll receive a ticket and the frontline staff will resolve your report or escalate it higher up if they are incapable of providing a solution or fixing the issue.
